We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and any issues related to defects, damage, or warranty claims are handled exclusively through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
As we operate as a drop shipper, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. We are happy to help facilitate communication with the manufacturer if needed.
